Greetings from Northwest Territories

Tamarack is the official provincial tree of the Northwest Territories.

Beautiful Fact - Tamarack roots were used in canoe-making by The First Nations.

Leaves - Needle-like leaves have a blue-green tint. They grow three-sided in clusters of 12 to 20, and 10-25 mm long. As in all larches, the needles are deciduous, turning from pale green to a spectacular bright yellow in the fall, then falling.

  • 4 x 5 inch when folded.
