PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and only use your information as needed to process and deliver your order. We do not store credit card details.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within Canada.

Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian sales tax, but may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

SHIPPING INFO

  • We currently ship within Canada and to the United States only.

  • If a shipment is refused and returned to us, shipping charges are non-refundable. Made-to-order items are non-refundable.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on eligible full-priced items if the return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in sellable condition.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • Items marked as on sale or made to order are final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the item and packaging are required to file a claim with the postal carrier.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and approved.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you are welcome to return an eligible full-priced item for a refund and place a new order afterward.
