PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

SALES TAX
All Canadian customers will be charged sales tax. We do not charge sale tax on orders shipped outside Canada, but please be aware when you receive your order you might be charged taxes and duties by your home country.

SHIPPING INFO

  • We ship Canada & US only.

  • All items will be shipped via Canada Post. You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped.

  • If you refuse your order and it comes back to us - we will not refund the shipping costs - you will be refunded the cost of the item only. Please note that made-to-order items will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, Leaves of Canada will accept returns on purchases, provided the request is made within 5 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy outlined below. Please read below for exceptions.

  • In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a refund for the returned item provided it is returned in a sellable condition with the original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to the address provided - refunds for your order can not be made due to this.

  • Refunds are provided for the purchase price only, not the shipping. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us.

  • When an item is being returned to us, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit, please contact us to file a claim with the post office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.

  • Please send us your claim within 5 business days after you receive your order, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if you have had the package for longer.

  • Refunds can only be done within 14 days following the receipt of your order. Proof of purchase and original packaging/condition are required. Refunds are provided in consideration of the original method of payment.

  • Items marked as “on-sale” and “made-to-order” are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return a full-priced item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item once we've refunded you.
